Detail:
The thermal insulation concept of heat transfer is that the hot sun rays are bounce from the surface of foil and stops hitting the inner environment. Therefore it gives stable heat inside with the increase or
decrease of temperature outside and saves energy consumption.
We used aluminum foil or metallized foil with bubble or foam(just customized) to make the box liner. The material is strong, waterproof and the bubble&foam padded can reduce the shock, keep cold to give your
goods a safe environment.
Bubble is a great material to used as padded, it has a core composed of air, is composed of either one
(single bubble) or two (double bubble) layers of air bubbles sandwiched between two metalized surfaces,
provides a radiant barrier, a vapor barrier and insulation protection, has an inner substance so it has better performance in insulation.
